Beautifully decorated and updated, Non-Smoking condo boasts every amenity for your vacationing pleasure. Breathtaking Gulf-front views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony, and master suite. At night, lay in your king-size bed, enjoy the starlight, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins leap from the water and the palm trees sway from your third floor balcony. When you're ready for the beach, no long hikes are necessary - you can almost feel the seaspray from your balcony! We also have another unit available right next door if you need additional space.

Spring Break 2025

Check in was easy and the place was as pictured. The kitchen is full stocked with plates, utensils, pots pans, crockpot, glasses, anything you could need while there. The host was very quick in his response all hours of the day.they sent us a message about 3 hours prior to our check in time stating that the rom was ready and we could check in. The private beach is about a 3 minute walk from the room. The view and everything about this place was fantastic. Most things are with in a 10 minute walk from the condo.we are already planning our next stay for this summer, I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our visit, the property was clean, great communication with the owners, we have 3 teenage daughters and felt the area was very safe. Restaurants and groceries right across the street provided convenience. We had a very positive experience.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This property was beautiful, well equipped and quiet. It is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. Just steps from the beach makes it convenient to go out to the ocean for a little while or all day. This property has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Also very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment for family fun.

Amazing Vacation!!

This property was exactly as advertised!! Condo was clean and really nice. View from balcony and master room where amazing. Such a short walk to the beach and pool, which was amazing. Location to shops and restaurants right across the road was a nice easy walk from condo. Definitely recommend staying here!!

We LOVED IT! You could not ask for a more perfect location, super short walking distance from the beach, sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night, or look out your bedroom window and see it! One of the nicest/cleanest places we have ever stayed by far.

Excellent facility

We love staying at the Breakers! It's proximity to all the places we love to go is a big draw for us! We've met some amazing people there over the years and we all come back the next year at the same to enjoy another vacation! The condo is well kept (although the pool needed some TLC and once reported, it was received!) The owners are very attentive and helpful. We are already scheduled back for next year!

Nice Place To Stay

This was our first time at Orange Beach. The condo was nice overall. Randall is excellent with communication and responds very quickly every time. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. That is our #1 thing we search for with condos (the cleanliness), and we were impressed with how clean it was. Good balcony views, and we loved how wide the sliding doors opened from the living room to the balcony. The beach was not crowded at all. Easy access to the beach from two different points. The pool is smaller, but never had a “too crowded” moment. Other reviews reference The Breakers being an older building, which is accurate, but that didn’t take away from us having a nice place to sleep, eat, and relax when not at the beach. It is a smaller complex, which means it was a quiet place to stay. The king bed is very firm, which we are not accustom to at home, but we still slept well on it without issues. The other beds were softer. We did not cook or use the kitchen, so cannot speak to that. The condo fit our needs for the week we stayed, and we had a great time in Orange Beach.
