About this property

2nd Floor, Direct Ocean view, fully furnished with all your beach needs

Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 2nd floor unit has a direct ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated. Located across the street from Denny's and a BeachWave store.

The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.

Our unit has been recently updated, and are fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment.

The Oceanfront Complex has the following:
Direct access to the beach.
Large heated pool with neighboring hot tub.
Complex is monitored by 16 cameras for security.

Remodeled Summer 2020, New Appliances And Furniture: Recreation room for events.

Dogs are not allowed on our part of the beach. There is a dog park at Lori Wilson Park. You can take your dog to the beach south of 4th Street.

Please reset our TV system setup if you change it. Both the cable box and TV must be on at the same time. Please use HDMI1 for the cable cord.

The view is the winner!

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with a fabulous view of the Atlantic ocean. We went to have a relaxing, do nothing vacation and that is what we did. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony which is direct ocean front, Watching the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee was wonderful. I would visit again!

Great Place On The Beach!

This was a great place to stay at while visiting the Kennedy Space Center and the ocean. Well stocked with everything you’d want or need for the beach, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and laundry. I loved they even had laundry detergent. It’s the little things like that, that make me enjoy my stay even more! Would highly recommend this condo! Easy check in and check out :)

Amazing condo right on the beach

We were so pleased with this condo. It was super clean and only a few steps to the beach. Loved sitting out on the patio and watching the gorgeous sunrise. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Really loved having all the beach supplies especially the towels, chairs and umbrella. Would definitely stay here again!

More than expected

We traveled to Cocoa Beach with my daughters high school softball team for a spring break trip. My husband and I stayed in the condo and I can not say enough good things about this place. The owner was quick to answer questions I had, it was very clean, had all listed amenities, and had more beach equipment than we had ever expected. The complex was nice, beach was a quick walk, and it was in a great location. The views in the morning were breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cocoa Beach!

Great beach getaway!

Took a short vacation with my parents and it was a blast! The location of the condo is right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning! The condo was just as advertised and pictured. Was easy to communicate with the owner and the whole process was very smooth. Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful choice

The unit is 2nd floor close to elevator which is important for trip downstairs to beach walkway. Beach closet has chairs and wheeled caddy that fits 3 chairs easily. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining. Dining table can seat six using two chairs in kitchen. Walk in shower in master bedroom—could use safety bar for elder guests. Gorgeous view of beach from living room and master bedroom but BR shades did not work during my visit. . Bottlom line—clean and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Exactly what we wanted

It was exactly as described, clean, nice, close to the beach. The supplied toys and chairs were great. There was a little construction on part of the building, but it did not impact us other than we could hear some of the noise from the beach, but we quickly learned to ignore it. Waves were pretty good, and body surfing and boogie boarding was our main objective. Thanks, We would stay there again.

Do not hesitate to book this condo!!! We absolutely loved this condo and its location right on the beach! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! This condo is exactly as described with everything you need for a perfect day at the beach! All essentials are provided from housewares to beach toys! The location right on the beach is perfect! Enjoyed lounging on the comfortable couches in the cool condo after long, hot days on the beach! And those sunrises were absolutely gorgeous! Only negative was having to leave! We loved every second at this place and will definitely be back!!! As a thank you to the owner, we cleaned the place as much as possible so you wouldn't have much to do! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay!

Best Vacation Ever with Kids!

This condo was spacious and clean and so easy to access. The pool was amazing for the kids. The ocean was amazing waking up to such beautiful sunrises. Even got to see a rocket launch from the beach while we were here. Just steps to the beach and the waves were a blast with the boogie boards. The kids had the most fun at night after 9pm for about an hour hunting crabs and then letting them go. There was great space for our family of 5. Doug and Mary thought of everything from sundries to pots and pans and silverware and dishes to laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dish soap and dishwasher pods and shampoo and soap. Doug and Mary even had tons of beach toys including boogie boards plus there was books and games throughout the condo too so the kids would not be bored. I could not ask for betters hosts. Whenever I had a question Doug would answer within minutes and if he didn't know the answer he found it for us right away. Don't miss out. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. This was the BEST VACATION EVER!
