Perfect for our needs

My wife and I were visiting our daughter for the weekend. This house was close to our daughter's and was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Great family hosting house

Perfect house for us to make Thanksgiving dinner and relax with our teen and college student children. Bring your own blankets though as the beds only have sheets and thin coverlets.

Fantastic house and experience

Very clean and well-maintained property. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Neighborhood was very clean and nice. We wish it was a little closer to the university for our purposes, but would definitely stay here again.

Cute, Clean and Convenient

Great property close to Tech and shopping, exactly as described. We had a great weekend with our freshman and she was happy for a few home cooked meals. Nice patio and backyard area. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Lubbock Getaway

Super clean and cozy quiet house to stay at. Close enough to Texas Tech and restaurants to have fun, but far enough to be quiet and get a good night’s sleep. Great hosts, everything was very intuitive from check in to check out. Next time in Lubbock for a game will be staying here!

Perfect spot

We were in town for football camp at Frenship ISD. The house was perfectly located and close to stores. It was easy to find and very clean. The host was easy and overall it was a great stay!

Great house, great location, and great host. We had to reschedule due to sickness, and they rescheduled for us just a week out! Super flexible and kind. Home was inviting and super clean & comfy! Lots of games for the family too!

Perfect place for our weekend in Lubbock. Had everything we needed and was close to Tech. Neighborhood was nice and new. Water pressure in showers was the only negative.

Beautiful new-ish house in a good area w other new homes. Access to garage, washer/dryer and backyard was fantastic. Kitchen could use some new knives. Other than that, there was nothing else we needed. Beds and couches were very comfortable

Everything we needed

In town with family to attend our daughter's graduation from Texas Tech. House was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a weekend stay- even found wrapped straw in the drawer when we found ourselves without a straw for my mother-in-laws iced tea. Check-in and out was easy. The house Location was a short drive to campus. We will definitely be renting this location again when visiting our daughter in Lubbock.

Texas Tech Football Weekend

There were 3 of us in town for a reunion and to go to the Texas Tech football game together. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and was in a good location for us. Our only input is to provide some soap for the bathroom showers/tubs. We had to use the liquid soap that was in the dispenser by the bathroom sink. If it's not going to be provided, you might advise people in the write-up for the house to bring their own.

Nice house

We were in Lubbock for a graduation. The house is new and very nice. However, it is a new rental, so it is missing some basic things that would elevate the experience. For example, there is no iron, hair dryer, or basics in the kitchen, like salt. The toilets were dirty and we were unable to communicate with host. The link provided in VRBO doesn't work, since I could only receive messages but not send any. Even with all of this, I would definitely come again, bit prepared.
