North Bay Village is a community situated in a island, between the cities of Miami and Miami Beach in the middle of Biscayne Bay. It has one-of-a-kind views for visitors and residents. It is a residential place and is very family-friendly and safe, the island is small enough to have a neighborhood feel, but just off the causeway so that you can easily access restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

Long-Terms Stays
✷ Guests are required to remove garbage from the house during their stay. Garbage day is Tuesday early morning 8:00 am. Any city fines during the stay will be charged to the current guest. We are not responsible for any city fines.
✷ Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning during a long-term stay. It is required that is necessary to have a cleaning every 2 weeks.
✷The home will have from time to time to have an inspection, guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
