Fine, but not 5 stars

This house didn't suck. The design is very cute, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately for us, the air conditioning broke while we were there. The host refunded us a portion of our payment, but they weren't communicative about being unable to get someone out to repair the unit during our stay. The hot tub was kind of gross - it seemed like maybe a bunch of pollen had gotten in and hadn't filtered out. There were also dead flies in the windowsills.

House was clean and what was advertised

It was exactly how they advertised it, they had great appliances, the house was really clean, the beds were really comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. I will absolutely stay here again if I’m in Bend.

Bend getaway

Great location, easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping, the river trail, and an easy drive up to Mount Bachelor. Comfy bed and couch. It was a great post winter activity place to relax.

Clean property, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean space that is dog friendly with a big fenced in backyard. Kitchen had all the tools you would need to cook too. Can't beat the location right near Old Mill. We actually used to live a couple blocks from this place for 4.5 years so it was fun staying in the old hood. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath was more space than we needed but the house was perfect for us.

Clean and tidy

Nicely finished, comfortable, and clean place with huge back yard and hot tub. Well appointed kitchen and bath too. It's a little on the small side and there is some freeway noise but overall we were super comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to the Mill and there was plenty of parking.

Old Mill residence

Our stay was lovely! It was just my fiancé and myself but we were meeting friends who live in Bend. They have 2- 9 year old girls so the house was great for them. The hot tub was a very nice addition to our stay. The first 2 days it was out of order but the staff at Arrived was very communicative and they fix it as soon as they could. They also refunded us for the days that it wasn't working. The house was clean and well stocked with everything that you would ever need! Most of the house appeared to be newly remodeled and the kitchen had nice, brand new appliances. My fiancé is a chef so this was a big plus for us! The neighborhood was nice and we walked to Old Mill and downtown a few times. Overall great experience!

Charming house close to great activities in Bend

Just on the edge of the Old Mill district, its very easy to walk down and enjoy all the activities. The house is nice and clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was great!

Sweet spot in old mill district

This is a super cute little house walkable to old mill district. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was redone beautifully. The neighborhood is a little less cute then the place itself but not bad. It’s an older house and redone very well but it is very creaky and has a moldy tinted smell (as most older houses do). Overall great stay and good location to old mill district!

Favourite Bend spot

Mill stay

Great location walking distance to the Mill for an evening concert. Quiet neighborhood. Large fenced back yard for the dogs to roam freely. Very cute little house.

It was ok

Overall the place was fine for what we needed. It was nice that it was pet friendly. It had all the essentials. The surrounding area was quiet. Bed was comfortable. I did have to vacuum when we got there as there were a lot of food crumbs on the floor. Also the lawn was really overgrown so we didn’t spend any time outside.

Good but could have easily been better.

We loved the location, the house was the perfect size for our small crew and dog, back yard was especially great for dog, kids, and even exercising but we did encounter some issues and I believe those mostly were due to the management company. There were zero bath or hot tub towels upon our arrival, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people staying 4 nights, coffee maker did not have the proper accessories I, found a tupperware container full of something awful and moldy in a drawer, the window in the bunk bed room doesn’t have a screen on it, and the dishwasher had not been fully unloaded before we came. We still had a great time, the kitchen had all we needed, and the hot tub was fun even though not at all private. I just think the company in charge of cleaning and turning over between guests needs attention to detail and the necessities.

Beautifully updated home in great location

The house was beautiful with very comfortable beds. It was in a great location close to downtown Bend. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Would highly recommend this rental!
