About this property

Cute, cozy, stylish casita in a highly sought-after address. Located in Santa Carmela, a small and peaceful community mere miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The casita is newly constructed using new and Mexican antique finds to create a stylish, rustic beach house vibe. It is equipped with one bedroom that includes a king-sized bed and small closet, a living room/kitchen area with a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa (fits 1 - 2 kids), one bathroom with a full shower plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with tableware, microwave, fridge, hot plate and small appliances including a blender and coffee maker. There is a small quaint private patio area and parking for two vehicles. NOTE: Cabo is a rapidly growing town. Like most of the area, there is some construction in our neighborhood

Cassita #33 in Santa Carmela, is a "GEM"

The Cassita #33 in Santa Carmela, is a "GEM" because of its cleanliness, privacy, and location, also nice decor. The host greeted us with a friendly welcome when we arrived at the Cassita and the detail information sent prior to our arrival helped us feel at home. We would rent the Cassita on the next visit to Cabo. Thank You

Cozy Casita in Cabo

This wonderful casita is great for solo travelers, couples, or anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet stay in Cabo San Lucas. If you are seeking to avoid the congestion and/or noise of resorts or the downtown Cabo area this is the place for you! The casita is clean, comfortable, and located in a safe area. There is a community beach club within walking distance - I had the pool and pool area to myself each day I visited. Even though the beach itself is not swimmable the view is incredible and very relaxing, especially after a morning/afternoon of sightseeing. The owner is friendly and communication was very easy. The check-in instructions and welcome packet provided essential information about the casita, community, and included several good restaurant recommendations! There is a small market, large grocery store and Costco in the area. As for transportation, I usually avoid rental cars however I was able to get around Cabo by walking, using public transportation, and Uber. I would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil

The casita was fantastic. Very clean and practically new. The community is gated and is very secure. The community pool is a short walk and is simply amazing. It overlooks the ocean and for my stay practically empty. Watched whales almost everyday. There is a a great little market that is walking distance. The host was very communicative and a friendly. If you looking to relax and not be around the crowds… this is it.
