La Vista condominiums is brand-new to the Tamarindo Costa Rica area. It was built in 2022 and is one of the most upscale condominium complexes in the area. It’s located three minutes drive down to the beach close enough to town but quite enough to enjoy the nature and beauty that Costa Rica asked offer. It’s a 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom condo with all high and furnishings and appliances. Located on the second floor of a 2 story condo building. This corner unit has breathtaking views from all rooms! High speed Wifi, HD Tv's through out. Washer and dryer in condo for laundry. Everything you need to enjoy yourself in this paradise! Please note La Vista is the newest luxury condo project in Tamarindo. La Vista is currently on the second stage of construction so there will be areas on the property still being developed. We have offered a special nightly rate because of this. This in no way should impacts your stay as the building the rental unit is in is fully developed and complete.
