We welcome pets in our home! Please review our pet guidelines:
Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed with pre-approval. Each pet incurs a $75 fee.
Breed & Size Restrictions: Under 50 lbs, all breeds welcome (non-aggressive).
Cleaning & Supervision: Guests must clean up after pets, and pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
Cats: Please inquire before booking if you plan to bring a cat.

🚭 No Smoking Policy
We are a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
A $1,000 smoking fee will be enforced for violations.
