Welcome to Camas #21, the PERFECT spot for your next Family Vacation!

Camas 21 is centrally located and just down the street from Fort Rock Park... At the park you can enjoy playing a game of basketball, tennis, or baseball, or just take the kids to enjoy the large playground space. In the winter, this is a great place to practice your cross country skiing, build a snowman or have an old fashioned snowball fight!

Cooking in the updated kitchen with the new stainless steel appliances will be a delight while you're on vacation! The light and bright kitchen with open concept seamlessly connects to the dining room with new gorgeous high boy dining table that seats up to 8. There are 3 more seats available at the kitchen bar on the new bar stools nearby. The dining area opens to the living room space so that the whole group can be together while preparing meals and enjoying each others company.

Sit and relax after a day out cruising on any of the 8 included bikes (located in the bike shed near the front entrance) and enjoy a movie on one of the many new flat screen TV's. There are over 30 miles of paved trails to get out and explore on the bikes or to take a long walk. The Living Room space is also perfect for curling up and reading a book in front of the cozy fireplace or sneaking in a nap after a busy day.

This home is great for a group retreat and families alike!

There are 2 King beds downstairs (one is a master bedroom), 1 Queen upstairs, also upstairs you will find a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (perfect for the kids), and 1 twin with an attached bathroom. The bunk room also has a separate space for relaxing with a couch and 2 comfy chairs perfect for a lounge space.

There are plenty of sleeping areas for up to 10 guests, and with every bedroom equipped with new flat screen TV's, everyone is sure to be satisfied and comfortable.

You can always retreat to the hot tub to warm up and relax, or stargaze after a fun filled day enjoying one of the many activities Sunriver has to offer. The large decks are the perfect place to catch some rays while unwinding or grill up your favorite meal on the high end Weber Genesis Gas BBQ Grill, and enjoy your meal in style! Dine outdoors while watching the wildlife from the outdoor patio furniture. There are also Adirondack Chairs and a picnic table along with other outdoor seating with enough seats for the whole group to sit and relax.

This home provides 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, free tennis, and pickle ball and free access to the Sunriver Marina!

Great location, but rather disheartened by upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented Camas 21 five years ago, and we were excited to return again this year, but there wear and tear on the house has taken its toll. For the most part the house provided what we needed. The disappointment came when we discovered we would have to purchase some cleaning supplies to clean the mold in the upstairs shower before using. Then when we went to use the vacuum midway through our stay, the debris container was full and no suction occurred. All this on top of the dusting we needed to do with a slightly wet rag when we arrived (we understand Sunriver dust just happens). Only 9 of our contractual 10 SHARC passes were hanging on the wall for us to use. We love Sunriver, and have come for family vacations almost every summer for the past 15 years. We have rented numerous different location houses, and this is the first time I’ve ever written a review such as this. To end on a positive note... the upstairs bunk room is an awesome room for all the kids to sleep and hangout.

Great House

Wonderful outdoor area, great location next to the park, in a cul de sac and house had everything you needed. Mostly Sunset Lodging was very easy to communicate with and kind.

Nice and roomy, but needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some of the furnishings needed repair (one of the bar stool and one of the kitchen table chairs were broken falling apart. The bedroom decor definitely needs updating. The dresser in the bunk room has a broken drawer that can't even be used. This was a nice home overall, and it fit our large group nicely, however spending over $3,000 for one week I expected a place that was a little more updated!

Nice place for family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with 8 family members in Camas 21 at Sunriver for 5 nights in July 2023. We visited the water park, observatory and took a day trip to Crater lake as well as Lavaland. Our house was very well equipped...the biggest complaint was that the floors and carpet were filthy dirty.

Great Family Rental

Camas 21 was perfect for two families. Plenty of beds and private spaces for everyone. The grill was in excellent condition for our many evening BBQs. The location next to Fort Rock park was super convenient and great for the kids. Having access to the SHARC for everyone keeps the kids busy. Overall, great property and we had a fantastic stay.

Perfect for our family!

It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Kids could have their own space upstairs while the adults had their own space/rooms downstairs. Hot tub was lovely and relaxing. Location was fabulous! Just across the street from the park. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend for families with kids/teens!

Great place for a big family get away.

We really appreciated how this house was set up for families. It had everything you could want for small kids on up. We also liked its proximity to the park and the SHARC passes…… again, those things just helped our kiddos have the best time! On the adult front….. the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was quite large and comfortable.

The layout was great with the bunk room for kids and downstairs king bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We had all the pots and pans, soaps and shampoo that we needed which was nice. One downside was the outdoor deck. The chairs and tables outside are not very usable. Cushions are ripped, chairs are broken. Table was not cleaned off and umbrella was broken. Kind of a bummer because the outside space would have been lovely to utilize more.

Great for kids!

We very much enjoyed our stay and especially loved the upstairs bonus room with all the options for sleeping kids and they loved having their own living room. The downstairs master bathroom shower head does need some attention as it sprays up and out of the shower.

The cabin was amazing! The setting was perfect and the neighbors were very nice. My only problem with this property was communication with the owner, he was very nice but nonetheless did not respond to 99% of my messages inquiring about the property, how to get in, and stuff like the door code and locks to other things in the house

The property itself was clean, the kitchen was well stocked; the bedrooms were roomy and had good storage space. Location was very close to Ft. Rock park, ideal for walking over to enjoy the amenities there. The house was in need of some maintenance - some of the windows were hard to open, some of the blinds were also difficult to open and close, the wooden deck was roomy but needed sanding and refinishing - not safe for bare feet. The front steps were also wood, and I’d recommend adding some safety stripes along the edge of the steps to provide better definition between levels.

Room for everyone

We enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for everyone. It is really nice having three full bathrooms when there are multiple families as no one likes to give up the master. The only thing I can suggest is a better set of pots and pans.

Great place for families with kids

Great stay - hope to be back next year

Our first time in Sunriver and really enjoyed it. The property was great. Spacious and very clean. The only small nit was that the barbecue didn't work (perhaps too cold?) Couldn't get more than a 'trickle' of a flame. Not a big deal though.

Aged and Lack of Maintenance

Maintenance Issues: items in refrigerator froze; dresser drawers were cheap, drawers did not fit, knobs missing; two TVs were not working; bedroom bathroom door would not latch or lock; garbage cans were overflowing upon arrival; no propane in the deck barbecue grill; no air conditioning with temperatures between 96 and 101. Promotional materials did not say no air conditioning, but did exclude any reference to air conditioning. We presumed it was included. Marketing strategy. We have spent a week in Sunriver for over 30 years (less two years during COVID-19). This was the oldest and most unmaintained or updated property we ever experienced. Never again.

However, the house is in need of much upkeep and repair. Carpets are gross. Every pillow is old and gross. Kitchen needs cabinet pulls. Bikes needed repair/replacing. Grill igniter was broken. Nails sticking up on deck bench. Paint peeling off of house. 2 inch gap under deck screen door. (A bat got in one night!!). Freezer door pops open when fridge door gets closed. We are very disappointed at the discrepancy between the way the place was advertised, and what we encountered. Am upset to have paid as much as we did for a house in that condition.

Outdated but sufficient.

The property rental company added an additional “labor surcharge” fee after we had already signed the contract and paid. Additional fees shouldn’t be added 3 months after we had already booked the property. Overall house was sufficient. Older and dated but cozy. Worked for our group but a couple improvements would go a long way. No A/C during July wasn’t ideal, additional box fans would be a great idea. Master bathroom shower floor was bouncy like there’s water damage below. Black water came out of the shower faucet a couple times, but never out of the shower head. A couple of the patio chairs were broken, but there were plenty others that we were able to use.
