Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property the minute we saw it because of its charm reminiscent of a quaint community like Montrose. The minute we walked inside, we immediately felt relaxed and knew it was the perfect place to vacation and host others.
What makes this property unique
The location and walkability of this apartment is amazing! You can walk to popular restaurants, shops and other establishments and there's plenty of street parking if you prefer to drive. The Museum District, beautiful Hermann Park, Rice University and University of St Thomas are a few blocks away. The world-famous Houston Medical Center, Downtown Houston, the Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park NRG stadium, Minute Maid Park, the Toyota Center and Downtown Houston are around 2 miles away, and NRG stadium is around 3 miles away. Need a grocery store? It's just 3 blocks away! There's so much to see and do so close!
