Stunning Airy Industrial 2 Bedroom/Bath Loft
Nestled in an artist and industrial enclave in Oakland, CA, "Jingletown" or as we like to call it, the "Oakland Riviera". Blocks from HWY 880, public transportation (Bus, BART). This is an urban area next to the Oakland/Alameda estuary and feels like a world of its own. It's quiet during the day and get a bit festive some nights including fireworks, sounds from the nearby Oakland A's stadium and upon occasion a train. There are only 6 units in this HOA so it's NOT a late-night party spot.

Why they chose this property
This is a gorgeous structure, doesn't share walls with the other 5 units. Beautiful courtyard. I'd move in if I didn't have a place around the corner that I bought first.
What makes this property unique
So close to BART. Blocks from Park Street business district in Alameda (an island!) In a very artsy neighborhood with a beautiful waterfront walkway.
