We enjoyed every minute of staying at this home. Its beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We very much enjoyed the paddle boards on the alpine lakes. Highly reccomend this property.
The home and yard are beautiful and the host is very accommodating. When we were late arriving she offered us late check out to make up for it.
The grounds are lovely, with a creek running through the property. It is very private and peaceful.
Beautiful mountain home with wood beams and doors - bathrooms with stone sinks - a huge walk in master shower surrounded by tile and rock accents - outside - on the patio the sound of the creek is relaxing— 5 stars
We loved this house and property. Our family visit to Quincy was really enhanced by staying here. Rachelle the host was really great to work with and answered all our questions promptly. We will absolutely return to this house!
The property was amazing! The location was beautiful, quiet, and had a really cool creek that was next to the house. Will definitely be booking another trip to this place! Rachelle, thank you for letting my family and I stay at your property!
Everything was wonderful. The check-in process was great. We enjoyed our whole stay but the only , We have would be the cleanliness. Both of us experienced a bit of asthma and had to use our inhalers. We are all allergic to cats and dogs and wonder if the pillows or the rug need cleaning. normally, we never have to use our inhalers maybe once a month when we’re at home.
The home is beautiful and well appointed. On the edge of the forest but only 8 minutes to town. We had 20 acres to explore with a creek flowing through it. Brought our dogs that both had a blast. Great place to disconnect. Ia definately on our return to list. Rachell was a wonderful host that catered to our requests. Thank you for the great mini vacation. Looking forward to our next visit!
Our son attended a local college in this area, we attended his graduation. My husband & I arrived to our son cooking us a fabulous dinner. We meet our son’s girlfriend Lindsay over dinner, played some games together before Lindsay left for the evening.
Unfortunately We couldn’t get the sauna to actually work at all during our stay. The hot tub was nice, but needs a little repair, not all the jets work all of the time. We did enjoy the bath tub with our favorite Eason salt.
Our family is big on the benefits of a sauna this was a little disappointing. Our family does weekly floats & contrast, which is infrared sauna followed by cold plunged. This was part of our reasoning for wanting to stay at this property.
We definitely enjoyed our time together as it’s been 8 years since sleeping in the same house with our son. We fell in love with the area and our now looking for a slice of our own paradise.
Our son has a job in forestry in this area. Our son grew up in the Truckee & Santa Cruz area and loves the great outdoors. This house is situated in a nice neighborhood.
Our son is currently purchasing a 3 acre property with 4 bedroom house above 30 minutes from this location. Can’t wait to visit him again.
