A new charming, farm-style tiny house (approx 600 sq ft) with all the amenities of home nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee. Enjoy a quiet morning or relaxing evening on the front porch rockers while you take in the breathtaking mountain views. Spend the day hiking or biking on one of the many trails just minutes away or take a 15-minute drive to Brights Zoo, a zoo focused on education and conservation that's home to numerous exotic mammals, reptiles & birds.
The house is located just minutes from downtown Greeneville, TN (former home of our 17th U.S. President, Andrew Johnson) and less then a 10 min drive to Tusculum University. We are also a short distance from the local theatre, the Niswonger Performing Arts Center, and many restaurants and shops.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults/2 children) and is located just a little over an hour from Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood theme park near the Smoky Mountains) and about 45 minutes from Kingsport.
The open area living room/kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need to relax or to cook a meal for your family. The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed. The upstairs loft has 2 twin size beds. An additional loft at the front of the house has a small play area for kids which includes a small TV/DVD player for movies.
Outside you'll have access to your own gas grill, picnic table, a fire pit and outdoor games like Bocce Ball, Corn Hole (bean bag toss), and Croquet.
Whether you're a couple needing a quiet get-a-way, a family looking to unplug with the kids, or an individual traveling on business, make the Barn-do-MINI-um at Sunnyside your next destination. We promise to make it a time to remember!
