Hot water

I guess with everyone taken a shower in the evening after skiing we would run out of hot water. Not sure if there is a fox for that but overall we had a great time and we will be back when skiing in Breckenridge. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property Trevor

Great for families that are skiing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time with our family of 6, all adults. There was plenty of space to spread out and have some privacy. The heated garage was nice. The king sized bed upstairs was very comfortable but the queen beds were not. We enjoyed the hot tub but mid stay it stopped working. The hot tub maintenance man showed up the next morning and started fixing it, very prompt, impressed with service. If we ever had any questions about anything, responses were very quick! Kitchen had everything we needed, views were beautiful, shuttle bus picked us up at the end of the street (very short walk), family room on main floor had plenty of room and comfy furniture for relaxing and watching movies. All in all, it was great!

Perfect Mountain Ski Home

This is a beautiful home and perfect for a large family or couple of families wanting to spend time together in the mountains skiing. The home is very clean, well maintained and has a perfect layout- room to be together for meals a s games but with plenty of space to spread out. The main floor living room and kitchen area were super comfortable and have a great view. The location is within yards of the shuttle pick ups making it easy to enjoy downtown or the slopes. The property management was exceptional. The communication from them was the best we have experienced- timely and relevant. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at His High Place at the end of the season and were a bit worried that there wouldn’t be enough snow but boy were we wrong. The house and the view were spectacular from almost every room (both the front and the back of the house). It was so relaxing to come back from skiing and jump in the hot tub to relax and enjoy the view. Furthermore, it’s a great location that is close to town and anything you’d like to go to in Breckinridge. We also appreciated that they provided sleds, shovels, bikes as well as detergents, soaps, seasonings, etc. you literally just show up and you’re set. And to top it off, River Ridge Rentals was super responsive to all needs and checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Property worked awesome for 3 families. Lots of room for everyone. Cooked at the house all but one night and enjoyed every min. Communication for every aspect was great. Hope to return someday. Thank you!

Amazing stay!

Much bigger than the pictures look! This property was perfect for our long weekend. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and easy ride into town. Will definitely stay here again!

Accommodations met our family needs with plenty of room and space to enjoy little ones running around but for the adults to relax and play games. Location was perfect for activities around the Breckenridge area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends. The only issue was it the floor were not swept well

House is good, but we had an average experience. One of the bunk bed was broken and not usable. Hot water tub temperature didn’t go about 93 and so was not usable. Fireplace was out of order.

Wonderful get away on the side of Breck w minor flaws

Great lil spot, on the end of a quiet culdesac. You can see the lift serviced Breck runs from the master bedroom - and the snow cats at night. Really magical! There was an issue with the humidifier in the laundry room that made the family room unusable for our trip but the management was highly responsive and communicative to remedy the situation. 9/10 would come back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable with most everything needed and a decent value. It was misrepresented as ski-in/ski-out. They should remove that in the description. Management team was helpful when needed during our stay (like having additional pillows delivered), except our daughter left a travel kit with medicine under the sink and the cleaning team "didn't find it". A bit frustrating.
