coast of the city, Tompkins Square Park is a great place for those
looking for activities or just a leisurely stroll. The East Village has
plenty to offer visitors and locals alike. Other features are: Wi-Fi,
smoke-free, guarantors allowed, laundry in home(free), dishwasher,
radiator heating, elevator, couples friendly, wall-mounted TV, hardwood
floors, microwave, oven, refrigerator. This apartment may be furnished
or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date.

as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,

the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
