Welcome to Nautical Nest on Lake Norman!
This spectacular 2-story penthouse condo has stunning lake views from both levels! Nautical Nest is within walking distance to exquisite waterfront dining, Eddie's on Lake Norman and Havana 33, which both offer excellent food and refreshing cocktails. There is also a salon & spa located on the first level!
Enjoy the view from the lakefront decks located on both floors. Access top floor by way of spiral staircase. Movie room in loft has big screen TV. Three large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beautiful granite kitchen opens up to sun-filled dining and living areas.
No detail was spared on this property, as it includes walnut plank hardwood flooring, granite counters, kitchen pantry, double porch doors, french doors to third bedroom, built-in cabinets and crown molding. Guests will also enjoy countless features such as 9' ceilings, dual fireplace, 5 remote controlled ceiling fans, oversized laundry, breakfast bar and more. Tile flooring in the bathrooms and glass door shower in the master bath. In the laundry room is a small folding cart that helps to bring up groceries to the condo.

There is condo access to the third floor via stairs or elevator.
The condo complex features a common area with a grill available for outdoor cooking and a pool which is available for our guests during the summer months. Please note these features are managed by the complex management company.
Please Note: Community pool is only available during pool season May 1st- September 15th.

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - max of one dog allowed
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
