Please remember you are staying in a cabin and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.

This is a privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, please understand refunds, cancellations, or alternate accommodations will only be offered if property is deemed uninhabitable. ~ All guests shall not engage in illegal activity.

~ NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 if smoking inside property is found. So PLEASE don't do it.

~ Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

~ There is active construction from time to time.

~ Due to close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects, including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although the property is treated regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back if necessary.
