Doing it right in Myrtle Beach

Great location. Within 15 minutes of everything in Myrtle Beach, yet a quiet & peaceful retreat from all of the hustle & bustle. Will definitely do again. Beautiful property.

A nice getaway

The condo is nicely decorated and clean. Myrtlewood is a great location to stay, close to everything and minutes to the beach.

Vacation

Our family wanted to go somewhere different this year for our vacation and I have always wanted to go to Myrtle Beach (Bucket List-checked). Viewing the photos of Michael’s rental property sealed the deal for us. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended

I chose this property for its location (close to the baseball field), reviews and amenities. It exceeded my expectations! The property is extremely clean, everything is within a 10min drive( restaurants, grocery store, etc). We felt safe during our stay. The response time with the property mgr was almost immediate. We will definitely stay here again and is highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle beach.

This property was amazing! Not only easy process with owner but also location is great, area is beautiful. The cleanest and most stocked space they have literally everything you need! Comfy mattress and sofa!

Magnolia palace

The condo was absolutely perfect! The property manager did everything he could to make sure our stay was going smoothly and always reassured me if i needed absolutely anything to not hesitate to contact him. It was very clean as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for our week at Cal Ripken

The host is easy to work with answered any questions I had within minutes. The home is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The home is clean and comfortable.,as is the community. It was a wonderful week.

This place is great!

This place is great. It is clean and nicely decorated with a wonderful view. It has comfortable beds, good furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen. It is located in a nicely maintained complex with walkways and pet areas. There are lots of appreciated extra touches like soaps, coffee and paper goods. Mikhail was great, very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!

It was our first trip in years. Beach isn't always my favorite but with the quite community and location relative to entertainment, I can say this was the best beach trip I've ever had. Communication was detailed and fast. Very courteous with all questions and giving of information. I will use this one again.

Great host and beautiful condo

The host was great and communicated well. We had an issue with our dog, but he was understanding and we were able to work together and resolve the issue. The condo was very clean in a nice quite complex. He was accommodating whenever we needed anything. He made it a great experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Gem of a property and host!

Let me begin by saying, I am very, very sensitive to the cleanliness of any home in which my family stays. I have had to change locations, and even clean myself in order to be comfortable during a vacation. With that said--this condo was absolutely immaculate; floor, counters, bathrooms, linens, windows-- everything exceeded my super high standards. The condo was also very tastefully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and it was fully stocked with any item that most other owners skimp on- t. paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, I even found batteries for the remote in the storage closet! Next, I would like to mention how very accommodating Michael was to my family. We were driving from NY, and were scheduled to arrive a few hours earlier than anticipated. We were so appreciative that Michael was able to arrange for an early check-in, especially after a 13 hour drive! My family was in Myrtle Beach for the Cal Ripken baseball tournament, and what does every baseball player need, but the one piece of equipment my son forgot to pack-- a baseball glove!! My mom was able to next-day air the glove, and Michael went out of his way to ensure the glove was picked up from the large-parcel box, only accessible to home owners, and delivered right to our door. My son was certainly very grateful. Lastly, Michael was super kind to mail us a laptop charger which was forgotten in the unit after check out. I highly recommend this property and owner!!
