Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, we didnt get to enjoy the hot tub and pool due to weather but it was beautiful! The host was very responsive and took care of our needs.

Perfect for a group.

We had nine adults and the home was a great outpost for a weekend adventure to Paradise Gardens, Rome, and surrounding areas. We cooked in both nights, and the kitchen and grill were very serviceable.

Wedding stay for groomsmen

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It was gorgeous house, property, and the pool was a nice touch. Patricia had everything very well kept and we needed nothing. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we wanted!

We were in the area for a family wedding over the weekend with 6 of us staying at the house. The house was amazing. There was more than enough space for us all, and the pool was a perfect touch for our downtime.

Great Retreat Property in Summerville,Ga

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at this property it was very peaceful and enough space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.I personally want to thank Patricia for her excellent hospitality and thoughtfulness, it was greatly appreciated. Wonderful home!

We had a great stay at this house! The host was very communicative and her house is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of pots, pans and seasonings available for use. The location was perfect between Summerville and Rome. The hot tub was a big hit! Our family had a great time and will definitely be back in the future!

Awesome property for our team

The home was very spacious and clean. Check in was super easy and the host reached out several times to make sure we had all we needed. We came for a wrestling tournament in a nearby town and this was so much better than staying in a hotel. Plenty of beds and our kids loved it.

Best home away from home I’ve ever been to!

Here’s a review you might consider: I recently stayed at this VRBO property with my mom while we dealt with unexpected water damage at our home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the property owner made us feel right at home, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She frequently checked in to see if we needed anything extra, offering additional supplies with a level of kindness and generosity that truly made a difference during our stay. This was, hands down, the best time away from home I’ve ever had, despite the circumstances. Five stars aren’t enough to express how grateful we are for her hospitality!. I recommend this home to anyone wanting a great vacation experience!

Family Business Trip

Wow! What a gorgeous home! Everything was as expected but the communication by the host was what really meant a lot. We were subtlety checked on almost daily via text to make sure everything that we needed was met. The back porch is PERFECT for families to sit in the sun, play games and to enjoy that HUGE pool! This will be our go to house for these trips moving forward!

Great house to stay at!

The communication with property manager and the house was awesome. The only thing that I was caught off guard about was some of the rules. Please make sure you read them so you are not surprised if you are charged.

Beautiful home

This house provided the exact accommodations my family needed. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The hot tub was not working during our stay. I found the master bedroom window open with no screen right before going to bed so that freaked me out. It’s my hope the previous tenant opened it and forgot to shut it. The owner was great to respond to all questions and checked on us throughout our stay.

Georgia vacation

The home was really beautiful. It was cold out so we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. Next time we will come up in the summer months. There where a few things the internet wasn’t great and we would look the show we where watching, the kitchen really didn’t have a great selection of bowls and pots and pans that weren’t old and needed to be replaced. But the overall time we spent was great with our friends and family. Thank you.

Perfect location! Wonderful host communication!

We were looking for a home where my family, my sister-in-law's family and my brother-in-law's family could all stay together, that was near Lyerly, GA. We had a long, dirty, rainy, and tiring and work week on some inherited property there. This home was perfect for us. The house was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for all of us. The house host was very responsive to all communication and absolutely wonderful, both before and during our stay! The only drawback was not having our own washer and dryer for all of our dirty and stinky clothes! We would love to come back again in the summer and actually use the pool and hot tub next time! All in all, it was the perfect location, peaceful, stocked, spacious, and the host was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Wedding

It was after four pm be for we could check in had a wedding rehearsal to be at at 6:00 pm had 8 adults needing to get ready for rehearsal. Called host no answer text host no answer . Called support they couldn’t get up with host. Got House keeper to finally let us in around 4:20 pm why she finished cleaning last room . The hot tub was out of order, couldn’t find the washer. My guest left on Sunday a day early because the beds where hard so they got a hotel , the master bed was good. Nice quiet area and pool was nice

This house was the perfect place for us. Very peaceful place with a lot of room. Had an issue with water heater when we arrived but it was taken care with no hesitation. Property manger was always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. It was perfect.

Great for family, close to Berry

Clean and comfortable property, quiet. Perfect for a small Thanksgiving get away. The kitchen was well stocked- we were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner without difficulty. Owner was responsive to questions. Will stay again!

Great Vacation Home

We had a girls catching up weekend and this home was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone, home was very clean and plenty of towels for everyone. Pool was a great way to spend our days. We enjoyed it so much!!

Tennis weekend in Summerville!

We had a team of 8 women traveling to Rome, GA for a tournament and wanted to stay in one house rather than several hotel rooms adjacent to the facility. The pool, and ability to accommodate our party without grown adults sleeping on bunk beds sealed the deal for us. We were within 25 minutes of Rome Tennis Center and all had a bed. The pool and expansive deck was such a treat after long hot days on the court. The property was nice and quiet and we were comfortable, plenty of parking, plenty of beds for tired adults! Only complaints were the ice maker wasn’t working, they did provide a bag of ice and some ice cube trays. Our tennis facility ran out of ice immediately each morning so we were scrambling to fill out coolers at nearby gas stations….and there is no washer and dryer for lots of sweaty clothes- they do provide a laundry service for $20 for 8 pieces.

Great family friendly spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this location and house nestled in Summerville. Our kids range from age 13 to 18, and absolutely loved the swimming pool and surrounding parks. A very secluded and private vacation nestled in the woods. We loved the wildlife and deer that we saw almost daily in our front yard. Definitely recommend visiting the local national parks for excellent hiking and scenic views. Paradise Gardens was another intriguing and curious destination for our older kids. "The Crushed Tomato" in town had delicious pizza! Very near by Dollar General and Ingles grocery store made it super convenient. Would definitely recommend this spot - the property manager was super attentive. Do make sure you know beforehand, that there is not a washer and dryer for personal use. (Somehow we missed that before we went.) The service is available for a fee. The kitchen was fairly well stocked to make cooking at home very convenient. And the pool was an absolute hit. Clean, refreshing, and awesome for our age kids to play in.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Volleyball Camp Getaway

We were in town for a volleyball camp at Berry College. This was a great place to stay. The girls could spend time together and bond as a team. We were close to the college and close up town. We really enjoyed staying here.
