Welcome to the Northshore Retreat! You'll be sure to enjoy this luxurious townhome that is walking distance to everything the Northshore area has to offer.
Inside you'll find a 3 story floor plan (plus a super cool loft) that comfortably sleeps 4 and can fit 6 with the pullout sofa if needed. Kick off your shoes and lounge on the first floor, prepare a delicious meal in the expansive, well appointed kitchen, or crash in the inviting bedroom or fun loft spaces with your loved ones.
Looking to bring your dog with you? We’d love to host you in this dog friendly property (fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 fee for the first dog and $50 for the second dog. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Identification of unregistered pets on premises may result in being asked to leave immediately without a refund.
As you pull up to this inviting townhome, you'll have abundant street parking outside your front door. Prefer to park in a parking spot? No problem! There are plenty of parking spots on the back side of the complex (just make sure to park along the cinderblock wall).
The first floor of this light-filled unit invites you to lounge on the comfortable sofa (which can convert to a bed). There's a plush ottoman for you to kick your feet up and stream your favorite show on the large Smart TV. The first of two bathrooms (with a large standing shower is located) on this floor.
As you climb the stairs, the second level offers you a full kitchen and dining area, with access to the front porch for you to enjoy some fresh air. Laundry (stackable washer and dryer) as well as a full set of stainless steel appliances are available for you to cook a gourmet meal after a day of exploring Downtown Chattanooga or numerous hiking trails not too far away.
On the top level of this beautiful townhome, you will be able to recharge in a king-size bed (with memory foam mattress), walk in closet, and full bathroom. A balcony overlooking the trees will be perfect for your morning cup of coffee. Want to host some additional guests or kiddos? They'll love sleeping in the custom upper loft area!

Why they chose this property
Firstly, this location cannot be beat if you want to enjoy the best parts of Chattanooga. Walking distance to downtown, great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, and breweries nearby, and a super comfortable, beautiful place to come home to at the end of the day make this a perfect spot to spend some time!
What makes this property unique
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $2,500 in "All-Risk" Damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by guests. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With "All-Risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it is specifically excluded, such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
