It is fully equipped, with 3 new TV, one in the living room, and one in each bedroom, it has TV cable and Wi-Fi.
The common ask a fee of $100 at one time for a magnetic key to enter all amenities.
The furniture is all new!! The apartment has bedclothes and towels even for the beach.
The kitchen is new, like the refrigerator, dishwasher, and more!
The parking lot is very comfortable, and each apartment has one.
What to do... Come enjoy the Casino and museums, and beach.

I am Ester, your host. I really like to help you and answer any kind of questions about this great opportunity to rent this apartment. I have been living in Broward county for four years and the better of this place is, this is located between Broward and Miami Dade County. Many Casinos, restaurants, and museums are not so far. This location has the beauty and relaxation of the beach, and it is not as noisy and stressful as Miami Beach.
Why they chose this property
I like so much this apartment because I take care of every detail, to make your stay better than expected. The beach is at the open door of the building, the amenities are in excellent maintenance, and the security in the street makes you walk at any time!!
What makes this property unique
The benefits are in my opinion, in one location you have the comfort and privacy of this apartment. The location on the beach, and the easy parking, are great.
Many restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centers are around the corner to make your life easy.
