Charming cottage type home! Take a break from reality at this serene getaway. Home is 3 minutes from boat ramp 6 or boat ramp 7 on Canyon Lake. Newly renovated balcony overlooking a huge deck area with a grill. Plenty of outdoor seating. Home was designed to feel secluded. Plenty of parking. Outside bed swing for reading or napping. Outdoor fire pit area with seating (please adhere to local burn bans).

Charming

I thought this cute, cottage style home was very charming. Only having 1 bathroom I thought would be a problem but it worked out well for 4 adults. I would recommend extra towels and blankets be made available. The hot tub was great. Parking was perfect and then some. I would of loved to have access to a washer and dryer but couldn’t find one.

Sweet place;)

The kids and i loved this cottage. The ambience is great. I loved the patios, comfy beds, linens and all the great pillows! I will definitely request to stay here again.. Its close to the lake and restaurants. There were deers and foxes, roosters..just perfect!

More than you’ll ever know…

Collin was amazing and his place was even more so! From the moment we made contact, through the entire stay (2.5 months), to the day we left…the experience was superb. The home itself was great with many touches throughout, whether you wanted to cook a full course meal, hang out back and BBQ, relax in the jacuzzi, or hand feed the deer…the forested setting, warmth of the home, or proximity to amenities was fantastic. We can’t thank Collin enough for his hospitality and welcoming home.
