Special Event in Couer D’Alene

Our entire family of 15 came from across the country to celebrate a very special birthday. We are 9 adults and 6 kids from 1 - 12. The 4 big kids really lived their room with the 4 bunks! I found a house that seemed perfect and we were not disappointed! This house had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the basketball and tv area downstairs, the piano was a bonus! This house is very comfortable and I can’t imagine finding anything that could have matched it. We will definitely rent this one again should we come back with the whole family! The hosts were easy to talk with and allowed us early entry to accommodate flight times. It was amazing all the way around! Thank you so much 😊

Great Property

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed on our visit. It’s in a great location and very charming - including a large backyard that was very well maintained and even had a beautiful vegetable garden. It’s a great option for large groups and I would highly recommend this property.

Bike Adventures

My husband, biking friends, and I had a wonderful time staying at the Park's lovely home in Coeur d'Alene! Eleven of us traveled north to bike the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and Route of the Hiawatha. We enjoyed incredibly scenic views on both adventures and highly recommend them for anyone visiting the area. The Park's lovely home provided plenty of space and amenities for our entire group. In addition, Mike invited us to enjoy the amazing produce he and his family grow in their backyard garden. The blackberries were divine! I would highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Coeur d'Alene with a large family/group.

Our family had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for the 9 of us with plenty of room to spare. Mike was great to work with and responded quickly! Would definitely stay again when we make it back to Idaho!

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family gathered for a week together at this amazing home. We could not imagine there being a better setting! The home is beautiful and homey, and our family spent hours each day in the large back yard. The hosts even invited us to enjoy fresh raspberries and other produces from their amazing garden. The home is more fully stocked than any place we have stayed. Read over the list carefully, it will save you packing many of the items you usually have to take with. There was even a supply of new whiffle balls to go with the bats - which allowed for rousing games in the backyard. The home is conveniently located in a neighborhood that allows you to quickly access hiking, parks, grocery stores, and beaches. Highly recommend this property!

Comfortable home

House was nice and well stocked, front porch was relaxing, kids enjoyed downstairs and their bedroom upstairs was fun. We would come back, but no bedroom on mainlevel, and my husband is disabled, that was on us, we should have noticed. But still had a good time, and Mike was very pleasant to work with!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was warm and inviting. I felt I was staying at a family member’s home. We had a large group of people ranging in ages and everyone was comfortable. The hosts showed great hospitality. I would highly recommend for anyone.

Hidden Gem

This house was possibly the best short term stays we've ever experienced - and we've been active users for almost a decade! The house was so clean, it has so much space, very well stocked and the yard was the best part. We were in town for a soccer tournament with three other families (multiple kids). We had plenty of space - and felt welcomed into this home. If you have reason to visit the area- don't hesitate to book this house!

This was a much better option than a hotel for our family. Adults and kids had plenty of room. It was great for hanging out together, playing games, sharing meals. The big backyard was great for the kids. I would highly recommend this to any family with adult kids and grandkids as a gathering place. It was close to everything we needed, too. Spacious, clean, and a good neighborhood.

Exceeded All Expectations

An absolutely beautiful home in a great location in Coeur d'Alene. When you walk through the front door of this home, you can immediately feel the warmth, hospitality, and pride of ownership of the Host. The purpose of this trip was for my husband and I along with our three other sons and their families, to travel up to Coeur d'Alene (from three different locations in two different states), to meet the newest family member - grandbaby #9 - born to our second son and his wife living in CDA. This was our fifth VRBO rental within the last almost three years and this home quickly became our favorite. It is a beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood with a safe and fully fenced back yard for the kids to play. Our Host took care of everything down to the finest details. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for our large family. I typically under-expect and overpack for our family trips, but found that this Host had out-thought me! In the same way that the pictures cannot express or communicate the warmth and coziness of the house, neither can my words. I had zero concerns or frustrations as the Mom/Nana of the group trying to ensure my family was taken care of. Should we find the need to travel to CDA again, I won't waste time looking anywhere else. Thank you, Mike, for sharing your wonderful home with us and making this happy trip even happier!
