The back yard is a private fully screened in oasis where you will find your pool along with a covered lounging area and a Fire Pit! This home is a comfortable place to relax during vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Comes with everything you might need to make dinner and stay in for a movie night. The Master Bedroom is with an En-suite bathroom with a walk in showier and has a private door to the pool. All 3 Bedrooms have their own TV. Two Full beds in one of the guest rooms and a Queen size in the 3rd Bedroom. This Shore Lake Home is perfect for making memories and hanging out in your own back yard! Indian Rocks Beach however, is only 6 miles away! Get ready to sink your toes into the warm sand & the beautiful Gulf Coast waters!

Outdoor Oasis: Heated Pool, Small Table w/ 2 chairs, Pool Toys, Covered Lounge Style Sitting area with sofa and Rocking Chairs, Ceiling Fan and Fire Pit. All this is inside the screened in Bird Cage. Grill and additional chairs out by the Dock. A screened in covered Patio is in the front of the home also.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:

3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Parking:
This property provides 2 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
