The heated pool over looks the Corey causeway so you can relax poolside while watching the boats go by. You might want to use to BBQ grill near the pool with a picnic table or even play shuffle board.

Hello friends. I love sunshine and warm weather and water. I don’t have a lot of experience hosting as I stay in my places a lot but I do like to share my places with responsible singles or couples. I am easy going and like nice things and I like good locations. I like affordable travel and so I like to have mine priced moderately as well.
Why they chose this property
It is convenient to good food and plenty of things to do. Beach is close by and a heated pool is a plus. Community center is across street with exercise area and basketball courts and pickle ball for a daily minimal fee. Great views by the pool without a lot of noise. 30 minutes from TPA and PIE.
What makes this property unique
Bridge view so I can see the boats as they go along the intercoastal. 1950's hotel converted into small condo's. Only 26 units so I don't have to share the pool or areas with a lot of people and has a certain nostalgic charm. It is a cozy unit in a great location. Great neighbors and many live here year around. Not in a touristy area of the beach. Quiet yet so close to everything. I love it
