About this property

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The property is at very good location , beach facing apartment available. Apartments are clean. Beach is just outside the back gate of Hotel.

Needs Updating All Around

What appeared to be a grand place to live in the past, this location needs a lot of love...simple things like replace the light bulbs, update the small restaurant (no eating in walking distance at all) , update and clean the pool/bar/cabanas, made guests use service elevator with suitcases, and parking staff was not dressed and unprofessional. The rooms were not as pictured, missing TV's in bedroom, bathrooms were old and mildew and pictures of spaces provided online were not accurate to what I saw. I was truly grossed out and disappointed for the price paid.

Lack of Interest in Customer Satisfaction

Booked this very last minute. Would not have been my first choice after reading the terrible reviews on other sites, but want to give it a fair review. The beach is beautiful. Chairs and umbrellas available… two chairs with room, umbrella and extra chairs, $15/ea. Beach staff not very friendly. Biggest complaint with this property is that they don’t seem to care at all about their customers. They make little to provide a quality experience. The property is run down and it could be so nice with a little more effort. They charge extra for everything for example covered pool seating sat empty at $350/day (because no one in their right mind would pay that) in the extreme summer heat. I’ve stayed at many other properties where they were just part of the pool seating at no additional charge. The pool water was HOT. No effort was made to add cool water daily to keep it at a reasonable temperature. The pool area overall was quite run down. The drinks at the drink bar were very average and overpriced. The condo had been partially remodeled. The living area was nice though sparsely furnished with one sofa and one chair. No tv in one bedroom. The kitchen was remodeled but inadequate supplies to actually cook with. Bathrooms were remodeled and decent. Bedrooms had very old dirty carpet with cuts and holes in it. Not sure why they didn’t tile like the living room? Mattresses hard as rocks. Worst ever. Overall disappointing with lackluster staff that are happy to provide average experience
