Really accommodating stay!

A really beautiful and unique home and conveniently located to downtown activities. The host was SUPER responsive, and very welcoming. The beds have memory foam- for my kids that was a detractor (they said it was hard for them) but fine for the adults. Since it is close to downtown, it did feel like the neighborhood was closer to a bit more "be aware of surroundings in the evening." The evening grocery run was not productive at the Aldis, which was conveniently very close but also must have had an event occur that did not permit any further customers. And the run to Trader Joe's was fine, but noted to have a presence of security. I didn't feel unsafe, but definitely being aware is important.But the home was very great with wifi available, great bath products, and a very homey fireplace that quickly warmed up the unique space.

Great spot close to downtown

Thanksgiving stay

This was a convenient location for us, as our son moved to Minneapolis this summer and lives just a short distance from the carriage house. Our favorites: the bedding was SO comfy and the fireplace kept us all cozy. Communication was great with the property manager.

Early Family Christmas trip - Vikings game

Great location...only minutes walk from US Bank Stadium. Kitchen was well equipped. No kitchen table, however, a great outside area and weather allowed us to dine outside and enjoy family game time. Will definitely stay here again. Contact with owner was s fantastic!

This was perfect for our short stay.

The house was cute, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The back yard is lovely, and we were lucky to be there when the lilacs were in bloom. There were 5 adults in our group and we are glad we stayed in a house instead of a hotel. We enjoyed the common areas. The floors were a bit squeaky which didn't bother us, but it could be an issue is someone is a light sleeper. Overall, it was great!

Home During Our Conference

Several families of children with disabilities came to Minneapolis for the 2023 International Division for Early Childhood Conference and decided we wanted to stay together vs at a hotel. Shane's property was perfect and he was in constant communication with us. The property was a short ride for us and we were able to leave our cars outside of the property instead of driving them downtown and trying to find parking. Shane worked with us to get city parking permits for the parking closest to the home. While 35W was just outside the road in front of the property, it was relatively quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved the Native products in the showers. Would definitely choose this property again.

Incredible Stay With Colleagues

Was staying in Minneapolis for an education conference with educators from around the country. We had an incredible stay! Shane was super responsive and the house is devine. Super close to the convention at the Hilton we were attending each day. About a $6 Lyft ride away. We were able to have groceries delivered right to the house. Highly recommend. Thanks for a fantastic stay Shane!

Amazing Stay !

Me and My family had an amazing stay here . The house looked a little smaller than it did in the photos but it was still a great place ! We enjoyed 2 nights here and the host was super great with communicating with us. Would definitely book again .

Comfortable and great overall!

Cute home, nice backyard, had everything we needed. Beds comfy, towels soft, etc. Proprietor super responsive. Price was right. Only two issues - not exactly a 3 bedroom, as the two bedrooms were not isolated. One a loft, the other open access. Not a problem for us (three guys on a football trip). Location not 5 star...right off highway (outside front door) and walk a couple blocks and things a little sketch. Not a safety worry for us, again, but could be for others. Great diner a block and a half away. All and all, solid stay, we would definitely rent again! Nice job Shane!

Great Experience, Great Property
