It was a beautiful Victorian home with modern amenities. Slight issues with doors not closing all the way, previous guest clothes under the bed and in the living room behind a table, and the ice machine didn’t work on the refrigerator. We ended up with only 8 people in the home and was a little disappointed in the price we paid but other than that it was a very nice stay and would recommend if you had a much larger group.
My girlfriends and I, along with my 2 adult daughters came to Hot Springs to celebrate my 50th birthday. I chose this house because of the size and the look. I love historic houses. We all had a great time! We were the first ever guests to stay here. There were a few hiccups, not big problems, and the owners were very glad to have our feedback. The house was immaculate, plenty of room for alot of people and bathrooms for all the girls! The grounds were pretty and well kept. And even though it was on a busy street, it was never noisy. The owners responded quickly if we had questions or an issue. And one of the beds upstairs felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! The house is close to town, a short drive to the main street and is gated. I would have stayed an entire week if i could have! If we come back to Hot Springs we will be staying here! Beautiful!
