Your deck faces a garden view, so you won't have any nosy rear-facing neighbours! We've even added in privacy walls for the sides that don't face the garden. You'll find comfy lounge chairs and sun recliners for your total relaxation. Plus, there's a poolside dining space, a lounge area, and a BBQ grill – perfect for after-swim meals!

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's an absolute masterpiece! You'll find marble countertops, top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island countertop, and plenty of cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. Kitchen island seating for 4, plus a large capacity dining table that comfortably seats 10.

Need some space to chill? Our open-concept living area is designed with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We've got a big screen smart TV with high speed internet access for your entertainment. But speaking of entertainment, did we mention the games room? Get ready for the kiddos to squeal with delight! The garage has been converted into a minecraft themed games room with old school arcade games, foosball, air hockey, a big screen TV and comfy bean bag seating! The ground level of the home features a master King room with sparkling ensuite bathroom, and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills.

The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor. If you forgot to bring your sunblock, pick one up at the sundries store to ensure you return home with a shimmering tan.

Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse. You’ll be sure to enjoy the cool AC when you go for a run.
