Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other room have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful / quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient/ location. Fantastic Property and Stay
The house, in addition to the number of bedrooms, has a lot of amenities and ample parking spaces. Great location for access to UofR, restaurants, and other attractions. The location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this home.

This home was a very good fit for our needs. Very clean and easy to use. All appliances were functional and television access was simple and old-fashioned broadcast television. We are seniors and 9 of 10 times we have to login, create a login or worse, create a new account and pay for a new app to watch something that my partner is comfortable with. Kitchen was well supplied. Yard was very secure for a medium/large dog. Neighborhood was friendly and even eager to help…a rare thing. Good location, as we go all over this city when we are there to visit family, attend to medical appointments and hit our favorite bars and restaurants. All very good.

We had the absolute best stay. The house was so clean, perfectly located close to our kids.Got to spend the weekend popping in and out of the kids homes. The house was so well stocked and Josh was a wonderful host. Hoping to rent this again next year!

Wedding weekend stay
We rented Josh’s place as a centralized location for a wedding. The location could not have been more ideal- about 15-20 min from everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around for some exercise. We utilized the back porch area every evening to soak up the beautiful Richmond weather.

This home is very convenient to the University of Richmond campus. It has four bedrooms and is very well equipped. A patio in the back yard provides a nice space to gather outside. Over all, an excellent value for the money.

We live 20 minutes away should something come up.This is our only property and we pride ourselves on ensuring the house is ready and well stocked. House was off the market for about 18 months due to a long term rental. We are happy to resume offering our house once again for those visiting the Richmond area. We have received great reviews over the years and had many returning guests.

Terrific location for the entire Metro region.Clean and well stocked with a variety of appliances, linen, towels, kitchen items. Ample private parking .Plenty of interior space, full sized laundry room.Added 4 HD TV's in 2020/2021.New HVAC units 2020/2021 Trane equipment.Air scrubber system by Aerus installed 2020. New washer/dryer 2022. Guests have found this property to be a great combination of location, features, value and overall experience. Perfect as a central location for family travel sports events held at area venues. Should you need " local " house during renovations or re-location this house often is the solution and can work with you on dates and long term pricing. Nicely landscaped & great for just walking around the neighborhood.This house has been with VRBO for many years and we have received great reviews over a long period of time.

Close to area colleges. Nice back patio/deck and fenced yard. Private parking and nice quiet area. You are in the city but without the noise and traffic. Spend more time relaxing & less time spent trying to get to your events and outings while in the Richmond area.
