The Space:
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is situated on the 10th floor, offering stunning beach views.

Shoalwater 1004 features lovely décor, comfortable furnishings, tile flooring in the common area and carpet in the bedrooms. You will experience amazing gulf views from the living area, master bedroom, and expansive balcony.

The balcony features amazing beach views and table with 2 chairs. The open living area includes comfy seating for 6 with a 55’ smart-TV. The dining table seats 6 plus seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, & custom cabinets.

The master bedroom features a king mattress, balcony access, and a private bath. With a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom, queen bed and twin bunks in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living area, Shoalwater 1004 can accommodate up to 11 guests. Each bedroom has a TV. This 1,300 Sq. Ft condo has a full-size washer & dryer and Wi-Fi.

Shoalwater is located in the heart of Orange Beach, near all of the fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer. Complex amenities include 3 pools (an outdoor, beachside pool, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool with hot tub), tennis court, BBQ area, and fitness facility.

You'll find all the comforts of home in this cozy 3 bed, 2 bath vacation rental! Seated directly on the gulf, with a large private balcony overlooking the shimmering emerald waters and sugar sands, it will be a breeze to make life long memories when you choose Shoalwater 1004 for your home away from home!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, & fitness room.

The Neighborhood:
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

Other Things to Note:
No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.

AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking Pass Required. Parking at this property is limited to two (2) vehicles (NO EXCEPTIONS). One (1) Pass is included in the cost of rental. Additional Parking Pass is $25 and must be requested and paid for before your arrival. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

TIPS ON WHAT TO BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for long periods of time today and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration in the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 24 hours for the fridge to cool down when filled with food.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will NOT cool below 20 degrees difference for the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a lower setting as the unit will freeze up and you could cause serious damage to the A/C unit! Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open. Do not set A/C below 70 degrees as this will cause unit to freeze up and may result in an additional charge to you.

MAINTENANCE ISSUES: Report all maintenance issues promptly. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns could occur. Every effort will be made to correct the situation; however, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures. Maintenance technicians and vendors may access the property for purposes of repairing previously reported issues.

CONSTRUCTION: The continued growth of our area is evidenced by new construction that may be adjacent to or near existing vacation rental properties. You may reserve a property at a time when no construction is nearby, but construction could begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience but cannot control these situations. Refunds or relocations cannot be considered.

INTERNET: All of our properties have internet access. However, we do not and cannot guarantee internet connection or access due to service being provided by an outside third-party vendor, restrictions placed on internet services by personal computers, different connection specifications, and any additional factors that may lead to interruption, failure, or unavailability of internet service. No refunds will be given.
