Perfect family vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach so much! It was perfect for what we needed with our two year old and my parents. The jack and Jill bath was very convenient for my husband and I to be so close to our girl with also having our own privacy. The view is not good. But our daughter enjoyed it because she liked saying bye to the cars in the morning. Would stay here again.

The area is very old. The condo has a musty smell. Every time the air kicked on the smell was worse. I did not feel safe. Furniture was nice but the furniture can’t make me feel safe.

Much needed get away
My husband and I needed a quit place to rest and relax. We have stayed at sugar beach before years ago. We enjoyed the property and staff. It's a safe location and parking is provided so your car is secure. The condo was clean and decorated in a beach theme. The beds were so comfortable and clean. I would revisit this location again.

DISAPPOINTED
The living room furniture that is pictured is not what is in the unit. Was not told about the huge new building next door. This view is the orange glow from the parking ramp! Could not use our deck due to construction between 7am - 5pm, so no coffee on the deck in the morning. Just disappointed that we spent good money for this unit and was not informed about the new build next door!

Awesome vacation
Everything was great the parking attendants were kind, funny and helpful. My only complaint would have been that the pictures on the booking site was not the unit that we were put in. Our unit was in need of a minor repair by the ceiling fan. The one were were in was not as fresh looking as the pictures on the site. But, other than those it was comfortable and we felt safe the entire stay. Will use these again.

Simple & Clean
My mother in law is a professional house cleaner & complimented how clean the condo was. Closets were packed with extras like fans, high chair, etc. The kitchen seemed pretty minimal. The washer & dryer were a little noisy but worked. I’m pretty sure the heating element may be going out in the dryer though, we gad to dry each load of laundry 2-3 times. The dishwasher worked very well! This is definitely one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at Sugar Beach.

Great location
The condo itself was very clean even though it is older. There is construction going on next door however if you keep the curtains closed, it truly doesn’t bother anyone. The view from the balcony is horrible but the listing is correct in saying “Not an ocean view”. The beds were very comfortable which is a HUGE plus in my book!! My only complaint is the elevator which is not the condo owners fault. The elevator has no air and is truly horrendous. It’s scary that it passes inspections. We never heard our neighbors which was very nice! Overall, for the price, we would stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay
Very clean and comfortable. Good use of space and beach and pools were very nice and easy to access. Main drawback was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Neither were promised in description, but frustrating that there were none because then we had to buy them. Otherwise--nice place to stay!

All you needed was provided in the Condo. Food was the only thing you needed to bring. This room did not have a direct view to the beach. You could see it off to the side. Little miss leading in the picture. Otherwise plenty of space. Card games and other games available for a fun night. Would definitely recommend.

We eat and sleep there!!
We brought our bikes, swimsuits and a relaxing attitude! Excellent location for being bike friendly. The pools were as expected. We came to swim in the Gulf. There was construction next door but we don’t sleep-in anyway and it made the view poor but we didn’t spend alot of time in the condo. And when we did, it was quite and dark.
