You will fall in love with this BRAND NEW home built in 2023! This 3/4 home is located on a saltwater canal, perfect for boating!

San Remo Shores neighborhood is where the casa is tucked away, ready to satisfy all your Florida needs. This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom pool home has an open concept living area. The oversized kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an island and wine rack! The home offers a spacious driveway with plenty of parking.

The first floor of the home includes a master (king) bedroom and bath, kitchen, living area, office, laundry room and guest bathroom. There is also a screened in back porch, overlooking the water. The second floor has two more bedrooms (2 queens and 1 King), each with their own bathroom. In addition, the second floor has a SECOND LAUNDRY ROOM!

Since no Florida getaway would be complete without direct water access, there is a band new dock which is perfect for boating, fishing or soaking in the sunset. The community of San Remo Shores is known locally as a boating community with fishing and boating right in your backyard!

Should you get tired of swimming and boating, the home is just minutes from Bradenton shopping and restaurants. Don't worry if you don't have a boat, you will also be only minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Cortez Paradise

We stayed in the Spring and returned in August. The new house, pool, canal / dock are perfect for families and boating! Easy access - location. Close to Beach, Restaurants, Shopping. Home is beautiful and well appointed…. Jenny very responsive… A+

Best property I’ve stayed at by far!!

Fantastic property manager and property! It really did feel like a real vacation. I can’t say enough about the amenities and location. Nice quiet neighborhood close to one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen! Reminded me of Kailua Beach in Oahu. The home had a nice pool and backyard. Saw some manatees too in the canal. Thank you Jenny for allowing us to stay at your property!

Simply amazing

Just stayed here for 6 days. This house is amazing. As someone who does finish work in houses and have stayed in quite a few rentals this house was the best. Everything works as it should and they have it supplied with everything you need for your stay. Jenny responded quickly whenever we had a question both before and during the stay. We rented a boat for a couple days and had no issue keeping it there. If you do rent a boat just make sure you know what youre doing out there because that water is very shallow outside of the markers and even worse at low tide. The island (Anna Maria Island) is amazing. A little traffic but not as bad as the locals say on the FB pages. All the resturants we went to were good but we did all the dinners at the house. 10/10 and we will be spending more time in the area since we are only a couple hours away.

Awesome Spot!

Maybe one of the nicest places we have ever rented! Everything was immaculate, stocked well and very comfortable with all high end appliances, furniture and furnishings. Jenny was fantastic and responded to any correspondence with her within minutes. A fabulous location for easy access to Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. We would love to come back again! I highly recommend this beautiful, brand new home in Cortez.

Wonderful vacation spot! My family enjoyed our stay here (8 adults). The house is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with all necessities + more (2 washer/dryers, beach towels, indoor elevator, surround sound speakers throughout the house and backpad).The kitchen had everything you’d need + Tupperware to store it. Rooms were huge & common areas were perfect for hanging out. The pool, screened porch, and dock were a huge hit. Jenny was wonderful and very responsive! Will definitely be returning!

San Remo Casa is Spectacular!

The San Remo Casa is a beautiful new canal front / pool home! The photos are good - but really don't do the place justice. Clean, spacious, well-appointed - great location . . . our family (and guests) loved the place and did not want to leave!

Awesome Stay

We stayed here for 5 days when we came to visit my daughter that goes to college in Florida. Jenny is amazing to work with! She's very fast in responding with any questions or needs. We have stayed at several VRBO, this one was by far our absoulute favorite! The house has everything you need and more! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The bluetooth surround soud throughout the house and pool is pretty awesome too, the elevator was a nice suprise. The house was so clean you could eat off the floors. Pool is heated and there is a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. Beach is less then 10 minutes away! We look forward to returning here so we can stay longer to enjoy all the house has to offer!
