There's a family room with CATV,game room with large table, board games and puzzles, and entrance to a lower deck. Laundry room. Occupancy Limit 10 . NO SMOKING. Pets are ok with a $150.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. There is easy access to this home located on Little Bear Pen- with a ‘drive through driveway’ and a carport.
