Ask for the fine print first
Our overall stay at the location was nice. My experience prior to the stay did not feel as welcoming. Immediately after reserving the house I was met with communication that I needed to sign an extremely lengthy contract which indicated very specifically if things weren't working I would not get any type of refund and I would have to deal with it. If the Wi-Fi isn't working we will not get a refund if the hot tub is not working you do not get a refund, water heater not working .. no refund. It listed every single thing that could potentially be wrong with the house. It created concerns that we would be going into a place of nothing working and we would be stuck with it. I said I didn't feel comfortable signing the contract and they said that's fine, but you get no refund for cancelling. That felt ridiculous, I didn't know this contract existed when I reserved the house. They also give you 48 hours to read and interpret this, scan your license and send it back or they can cancel (without refund) your reservation. For which I didn't appreciate because I wanted time to review this lengthy document. I completed my tasks a requested and continued to be harassed via text saying I didn't complete it And I'd be canceled. I had to send screen shots proving I did. This company did everything in their power to try to get me cancelled and take my 2300 dollars. While the house was good enough for the week the hot tub couldn't of been cleaned prior as my daughter got pseud
