no a/c, no help
the property managers are completely non-responsive. they clearly live out of town (miami?) and are not engaged in managing the property at all. i was without a/c on multiple 80-90 degree days-i let them know immediately upon arrival by email, phone, and through the vrbo app. days later i got notice that they would try to send a maintenance person by, and then multiple days passed and finally someone showed up out of the blue without warning. he confirmed a part was needed that would need to be ordered. i never ever heard from the property managers about any of this. maybe you will get lucky and have no issues that need addressing, but if you do, expect to be on your own. also, the towels are really thin and small, bring your own. and there is no top sheet on the bed, so you’ll be sleeping with a comforter that may or may not have been washed. smoke detector was off the wall, and a light outside the neighboring unit flickered all night the first two nights, shining right into the bedroom window. oh and there was a demand for possession/non-payment of rent notice on the door when i checked in, signed by their landlord.
