About this property

A beautiful home located less than 5 minutes away from top shopping and entertainment attractions in the Sandhills area of Columbia. Less than 20 minutes away from Fort Jackson, Downtown, Williams Brice Stadium and more. Clean, friendly and spacious home for up to 8 guests to live comfortably.

The space
There are three bedrooms all upstairs. Two bedrooms have a queen bed while one has a full size bed.

The main bedroom has its own attached full bathroom.

Two rooms share a conjoining full bathroom.

The living room, kitchen and backyard space are downstairs and has a half bath available for use. Enjoy a beautiful day outside in a small fenced patio equipped with a sun umbrella and seating.

In the living room, the couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and available sheets.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house except for the one-car garage and the first closet in the living room (upon entry).
Other things to note
There is a $15 per person, per day charge for the 6th-8th individual staying.

No partying or smoking is permitted in the household. If you smoke, please utilize the outside enclosed patio. Outside heater is available in the winter!

Wonderful stay, roomy, and clean

The property was spacious and perfect for us. It was set back in a neighborhood but very close to shopping and Fort Jackson which was what we were in town for.

Perfect!

The home was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. The owner was ver responsive as I contacted him multiple times before we arrived and while we were there about simple questions. He had no problem assisting us and that was refreshing. I will surely book this property in the future.
