Quiet 4-unit condo building located on the barrier islands with incredible second-story panoramic ocean views, with direct beach access. Fully remodeled including new bathrooms, appliances, bedding, and furniture. New beach access stairs and renovated deck overlooking the beach. Sit on your covered patio and watch dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, and the occasional right whale passing through. Seasonal fish runs and frequent rocket launches provide even more beach excitement. Ocean views from every room except the bathrooms! Numerous public parks close by where you can see manatees and even bioluminescence along the Indian River Lagoon. The Orlando airport and parks are less than 1.5 hr drive. This condo is a beach and wildlife lover haven!

We live half a mile south of the condo and are here if you need anything. The wildlife here on the barrier islands of Florida is incredible. We are actively involved in animal conservation here in Brevard County and take pride in this beautiful area.
Why they chose this property
You can sit on your balcony and watch sea turtles come out f the ocean every evening to nest during the sea turtle season. The best months are May-September for mothers nesting and hatchlings running to the sea is June-October.
What makes this property unique
See a rocket launch and nesting sea turtles, and dolphins from your balcony. Manatees are a short drive.
