SPACE TO ENTERTAIN & UNWIND
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a large, open concept space designed for entertaining. The light-filled living area has an oversized sofa and a large Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV subscription for cable streaming. An oversize sliding glass door off the dining room leads out to the private fenced-in backyard with swimming pool (not heated), outdoor sofa, gas grill, table for dining al fresco, and a wood burning firepit! The den off the kitchen is a second hang out spot with tons of games and puzzles, fooseball table, dart board, and a large table that could be used as a second work-from-home space if needed. The home has a full-size washer/dryer that you are welcome to use, as well as 2 free parking spots.

BEAUTIFUL STOCKED KITCHEN
The HGTV-inspired kitchen renovation was just completed in 2021! Featuring gray cabinets, quartz countertops, GAS RANGE, wine/beverage fridge and tons of storage. The Kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home for prepping savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, standard drip coffee maker & filters, blender, toaster, serving platters and more. The island has ample seating for 4 and the adjacent dining area has a large dining table with seating for 8.
Other things to note
THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished (including fresh bed linens and fluffy towels for each guest) and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going, including soaps, paper towels, hangers, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, ground coffee + filters, tea, basic spices and oils. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough supplies and groceries to last for the duration of your stay.

ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS OVER 29 DAYS
Please note for guests staying over 29 days, we require 1x/month cleanings by our team to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $200/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow dogs under 50lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee per dog. Additional fees may incur for additional dogs, longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are *NOT* allowed on the furniture or beds! If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. * SORRY - NO CATS! *

FREE ONSITE PARKING
There is an attached carport for 1 vehicle, and 1 spot in the driveway. You may also park in the street in front of the home, in the direction of traffic.

SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices may include Nest Thermostat, Ring Video Doorbell (Front Exterior), Ring Security Camera (Side Yard/Back Gate) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.

GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code a day prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door. Each guest will receive a custom passcode for the duration of their stay that will time out automatically at 10:00AM on the day of departure.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL OCCUPANCY CODE
Per the City code: “All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.” This home can sleep up to 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby in the pack-n-play.

Great house in a great location!
Very clean house, well equipped and quiet neighborhood. The house is perfectly located and is minutes from old Scottsdale and the 101. We couldn't have been happier.
