Perfect for 2 people!

We were in town to visit friends in Surprise & attended Spring Training. Cozy Casita was perfect. Cute, clean, a great location and neighborhood.

Nice and Quiet

This is a nice place to stay if you need just a place to sleep and a good shower. Coffee maker is a bonus. No real chair to sit and read, and no table to sit at if you got takeout. Overall a good quiet spot, parking was easy and Brooke was responsive to my request for extra coffee bar supplies. Would stay her again for sure.

'Twas the week before Christmas

No complaints on the space-well maybe the lack of a chair. It was as advertised and clean. Located near shopping and the freeway and close to family members in the area.

This was the perfect location. Host was very friendly and helpful. The space was just the right size for me and my husband. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to visit our son’s family.

Holiday stay

Everything was exactly as listing stated. Renters should know that it is attached to house right across from the main front door. Over all the stay was fine.

This was not a Casita. It was a room with an attached bath. The host did provide a comfortable bed, nice size closet with plenty of hangers, a coffee maker (with pods and coffee condiments), a dorm size frig without ice, a micro wave that you have to move out of the closet to use and a TV. There were NO chairs so anything you did had to be done sitting on the bed. It really was nothing more than a hotel room attached to someone’s home. The chairs and table shown in the pictures is outside between the door to the room and the main house front door. Parking was on the street.

Cozy stay in Surprise

We booked this rental so we could look at houses in west Surprise and it was the perfect place for private access to go as we please. The room offered plenty of closet and dresser space to store our belongings. Bathroom and shower were clean and a great size. We had no concerns parking our rental on the street since it was a circle street and only residents would be passing by. We plan on using this booking again when we come back to sign our contract!
