anniversary trip

We had a great time, it was our 42nd wedding anniversary and we had time for just ourselves and then our kids/grandchild joined us. The weather was perfect, the cabin was just a great size for all of us and the care of the property manager was amazing.

Really Great Place To Stay Highly Recommend!

This cabin was beautifully decorated, plenty of space for everyone, beautiful deck overlooking the woods. The hot tub was amazing! They even have a video game machine that has all the oldies on it, like pac man, galaga, donkey kong etc. The back deck is very secluded. We had an absolutely wonderful time! HIghly recommend!

Welcome to our little piece of mountain paradise. After visiting one of my best friends yearly, our family was able to purchase a little piece of this fabulous mountain. Bear Bottoms is a cozy peaceful getaway for a week or a weekend. Experiencing all of the seasons in Tennessee on the mountain is a bonus. Our family enjoys fall with the changing of the leaves and cool mountain air. The summers are refreshing when it is so hot and all you want to do is float down the river in the clear water. The holidays bring out the beautiful lights and activities in the winter months and if you are lucky it will snow. My daughter and I love sledding down the mountain on our property, we have the perfect slope. I just know that everyday I spend at the cabin is a wonderful memory that we get to create and I couldn't ask for more.

Why they chose this property

Bear Bottoms is centrally located between Townsend and Wears Valley. Located near many desirable vacation spots without all of the congestion. Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and more are only minutes from the cabin. The road is paved to the cabin and there is additional parking for campers, large vehicles and multiple vehicles. This cabin is perfect for motorcycles and safety. Great use of space and 3 complete bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Decorated with rustic bear fashion makes the ambience in this cabin perfect.

What makes this property unique

Bear Bottoms best benefit is the fact you are in a private cabin that is easily accessible and super affordable. We have the best form of entertainment by watching the bears that are abundant on our mountain. Pet friendly for responsible pet owners allows the entire family to visit and enjoy Tennessee.
