During summer months, guests can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking just out the front door at the Jordanelle Reservoir or, the Uinta National Forest is a short drive away!
The Space:
This three-story townhome features a garage-level entry with three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The living room on the entry-floor and game room on the lower-level allow plenty of room for the whole family to spread out! For those who need to hold a Zoom or two, there is a built-in desk on the upper-level. All in all, this home is a perfect choice for weekend getaways or long-term stays and no detail was spared in order to make sure you’re as happy as can during your stay!
Entry Way
Guests enter into the townhome with a code via the front door or the two-car garage, both of which are private. The entry way greets you with a coat closet and stairs leading up to the other floors. Just off to the right is the living room, kitchen and a private deck. Upon entry you will be surrounded by stunning mountain views from every window!
Living Room
The open concept of the living room and kitchen allow for the whole group to have plenty of space to sit at a tabletop or lounge around on the couch and chairs while the conversation keeps going. The gas fireplace warms the area while providing the ultimate pairing to the many views in the room. Hard to miss is the HD SmartTV, perfect for those not-to-miss sporting events or evening family flicks!
Kitchen
This entry-floor kitchen is ready for any holiday meal a vacationing group can throw at it. With a fully-stocked kitchen, gas appliances, and a full-sized refrigerator, you can rest easy knowing grocery store trips can be kept to a minimum! The countertop seating area is perfect for the quick breakfast bites before the slopes. There’s plenty of space for even a few cooks in the kitchen while friends and family socialize with a beverage of choice at the countertop bar and adjacent space. There is a powder bath off the kitchen towards the garage as well.
Dining
The large classic wooden dining table features seating for 8. Larger groups shouldn't worry though as there is ample seating for more at the countertop bar. The large windows surrounding the dining room create the perfect space to have a meal at sunrise or sunset!
Basement Game room
In addition to the living area upstairs, there is a game room located on the lower-level of the home with a shuffleboard table, a seating area and large wall-mounted SmartTV.
Upstairs Loft
Just off the staircase is a dedicated workspace with a large desk and seating area. If you can’t fully unplug while you are visiting, you’ll find that this workspace has great views making it even more difficult to focus on that Zoom..
Beds & Baths
- The primary bedroom is located on the upper-level of the townhome and features a luxurious king-sized bed, wall-mounted SmartTV, and a great seating area. There is a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom for this bedroom that features double vanities, a standup shower and a soaking tub. Windows on all sides light up the room until the shades are drawn for rest!
- The first upper-level bedroom features a full-over-full bunk with a wall-mounted SmartTV. There is a closet in this room as well as windows with shades. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other upstairs guest room.
- The second of the upper-level bedrooms features a kinged-sized bed and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. There is also a SmartTV and closet in this room as well as windows with shades. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the other aforementioned upper-level bedroom.
– The fourth bedroom and is located on the lower-level of this townhome. You'll find a king-sized bed with a chair for relaxing and a SmartTV. There is also a full bathroom ensuite located on the lower-level with a standup shower.
Outdoors
The entry-floor private deck offers great views of the courtyard behind the townhome. There are a few chairs and plenty of space for others to stand and enjoy the mountain breeze.
Laundry
Pack light knowing that this home has a washer and dryer located on the entry-level near the three bedrooms (no need to lug laundry up and down the stairs!), ready for all the snow and dirt that an adventure in Park City stirs up!
Garage
The two-car garage features benches and ski racks for equipment storage after those long Park City days. The owners leave their vehicle on site seasonally so the garage might have a vehicle in the space.
Guest Access:

Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, Deer Springs offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private townhome only a 15-20 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts. This area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.
