We are a young couple who love to travel. Owners of a healthy vegan restaurant in St Petersburg Florida, "Kaia Bowls", we are glad to share our home away from home, located in one of our favorite spots in Florida, The Avalon of Clearwater, a safe and gated community, just 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach in Florida.
Why they chose this property
We spent so much time and love in creating our vision of what a beach house condo should look like. Located in the Avalon of Clearwater, a resort style gated community with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation, including a gorgeous heated saltwater pool, and gym.
What makes this property unique
To get to the beach: easy 5 minute access by car, with low cost parking available at the beach, by taxi is about 9-10$, or by bus is 1,75$. Enjoy the amenities offered, such as an outdoor pool, gym, business center, and clubhouse, all surrounded by well kept greenery. Right across from the complex, there is a Publix super market, pharmacy, dollar store, gas station, etc. as well as plenty of restaurants at a walking distance (Abe's place tap & grill is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment). Clearwater Country Club Golf Course is just a few minutes away for all golf amateurs. Parking is free in the gated community.
