Welcome to the LUX Classic Home! We are centrally located in the heart of KC in the neighborhood of Southmoreland - close to Downtown and just minutes away from the Country Club Plaza and Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 people with 5 queen beds located in 5 separate bedrooms, also featuring 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining room, and living room.

STAY AWAY!

This property was the dirtiest I have ever experienced. There was a bloody tampon hanging from the doorway, filthy and disgusting things on the sheets. We called to ask to have this place cleaned, and they said they would, but they did not. The property owners have done nothing to Compensate, Do not recommend this Property..

Challenging stay

When we arrived well after check-in time, we were informed the house hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests. We had an event to attend, and the host was apologetic and responsive and offered to have the house cleaned while we were out, which worked fine for us. (She also offered a full refund which was kind but we weren't in a position to find another place to stay.) But upon entering the house, the AC had been left off and it was well over 90 degrees in the house. We had to get ready for our event in the heat and when we returned to the house it had been cleaned but there was still trash out in the space.

Exceeded Expectations

This property far exceeded my expectations! The location was amazing and the house itself was even better in person than photographed. Would 110% recommend staying here. The only issue that we had was hot water in the upstairs bathroom, but I’m sure that could very easily be fixed!
