Welcome to our little efficient luxury getaway in the heart of West End. This apartment offers the privacy and all the little amenities you need for a great short-term or long term stay. Located in the heart of the ATL only minutes from downtown Atlanta (less than 10min) , Mercedes Benz Stadium, Tyler Perry Studios, the Aquarium, Ponce City Market and World of Coca-Cola. Our apartment is located above our garage and has everything you need including the privacy you desire !!!
Private & Quaint 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment over the garage
Guess will access property at the back of the main house down driveway. Apartment has a separate private entrance from main house and entry codes to be provided when reservations are confirmed. Street Parking ONLY

Street Parking ONLY - No parking in driveway. Currently there is no laundry amenities on the property but a laundry mat is located with in 1 mile of apartment. There is a kitchenette area but no stove on premise. Toaster oven/ microwave/ mini fridge available
This is a quaint space so please keep noise levels to a minimum. Mini Bluetooth speakers are allowed ONLY. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the property . No events, animals or parties are allowed. If guest are in violation of any of this rules you will be asked to leave and no REFUNDS will be given
