Upper Unit in Duplex

Spacious second floor apartment in duplex just blocks from Bradley University. Walking distance to Laura Bradley Park and many wonderful restaurants.

Features of the space include gorgeous hardwood floors, large kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking, and living room complete with Roku TV and plenty of games for relaxation.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this space perfect for two couples.

*Please note*
- This space is not suitable for small children. There are interior stairs that are open to the hallway of the apartment. (See pics.)
- No laundry available in this unit.
- HVAC system is shared by the two units in the home. The thermostat is located in the lower unit, but I do have remote access. I keep the heating and cooling at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. If you have an issue or request regarding this, just reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

Amazing Location, Great neighborhood
Spent a week here recently and it was an ideal homebase while playing disc golf around the area for the ledgestone open. Easy access to the greater area and a spacious and comfortable place to stay.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been in the rental business since 2005. We have a particular fondness for older homes and love bringing new life into buildings that would otherwise fall into disrepair. The Uplands neighborhood in Peoria has been our home since 2009 and we can’t imagine living anywhere else.

What makes this property unique

As it goes with old homes, this place is not free of its quirks.

Currently, the HVAC system is shared by the two units in the home. The thermostat is located in the lower unit, but I do have remote access. I keep the heating and cooling at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. If you have an issue or request regarding this, just reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

Once inside the apartment, you will have stairs to climb. The stairs will take you to the hallway of the apartment. There is no door at the top, making this space unsuitable for small children.
