You are located 10 minutes from the local grocery store, 20 minutes to Marathon and 40 minutes to Key West! Come embrace the Key’s lifestyle and all is has to offer!

No pets or smoking allowed on property. No parties or large groups as this is a quiet neighborhood.

Maximum sleeping capacity is 4.

County zoning requires a minimum rental period of 28 nights. No exceptions!
