Skiing in the winter, biking & horse back riding in the summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years or even the entire App State football season in the fall!
Great outdoor space including a newly built deck with lounge area, outdoor dining, grill & mini fridge that steps down to a beautiful courtyard with fire pit and kid's play set.

-Primary King suite with luxury master bathroom
-Second King suite with full bathroom shower/tub combo
-Third bedroom with a Queen + Twin as well as a desk for office space
