Renovated 5 Bedroom Home with Bay Views!

39 W Colorado Ave is a fully renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home with large decks, a great back yard and views of the bay and sunset! This home is non-reversed living and offers a large living area, a separate "sunroom" family room with direct access to the back yard, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor offers 3 more bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a massive deck with views of the bay and sunset. The backyard has been professionally landscaped and finished with composite decking, a pergola and stair access to the deck. There is an attached garage for storage, plenty of parking and a location that is both close to the beach and close to several area stores/restaurants. Please note that for stays of less than one week there is a $150 cleaning fee. 4 beach badges are included. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included.

Wonderful host

This house was perfect. The rooftop deck was amazing, the rooms were perfect. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect to the beach and all restaurants. The street is quiet and everything is clean. Nathan is very responsive and gives you any information you need. This is the second time we have stayed in one of his properties and we wouldn't stay with anyone else. Can't wait to book next year already.

Love this house

This house was wonderful! There was 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 4 months to 3yr. The house was perfect for us. Excellent location, super clean, back yard was lovely. Would absolutely rent again.

LBI Escape

Great (dog-friendly) spot in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and explore. Very roomy house with spectacular views from the deck.
