It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and a dedicated workspace. *Tenant Downstairs* this is the 2 bed space of another listing called Hillside Villa. Including one more bedroom with a king sized bed.*fireplace not useable* There are two bedrooms. One on the main floor close to the bathroom and another bedroom up a small flight of stairs. This listing includes a baby crib! Full kitchen with coffee provided. Guests will be able to drive right up to the front door to unload their luggage.
